| Warranty Policy |
The Trail-Gator Bicycle Tow Bar and accessories are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase.
TagBike will replace those components which are determined to be defective in material, manufacture or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to any tow bar unit or accessory that has been abused, misused, altered by modification or substitution of alternative parts, or used for commercial uses. This Limited Warranty does not cover charges for transportation or labour incurred in the replacement of parts.
This warranty does not cover damages to or failure of the tow bar, or any losses due to accident, improper assembly, improper maintenance, improper use, neglect, misuse, abuse, or normal wear. |

| Returns Policy |
| TagBike will be happy to provide a full refund in the first 28 days after delivery of your order in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any goods under this condition. |

| Shipping Policy |
Postage and Packing is free on all orders of $139.95 and over, with all other deliveries within Australia being charged at $5. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day Registered Australia Post, which usually takes 3-5 working days.
Express Post, which
guarantees next (working) day delivery, can be selected for more urgent orders at a cost of $15. |
